Whether you have a fire alarm system that comprises a few smoke detectors, or a large multi panel networked system, Drax 360 offers a range of fire alarm servicing agreements to suit your needs. We work with organisations in a range of environments; from nursing homes to multinational manufacturers, and local NHS Trusts to some of the largest university estates in the UK. We can tailor our fire alarm servicing packages to include weekly bell testing, routine maintenance, and call outs – regardless of the sophistication of your systems.
Our Service
Our fire maintenance service is in line with the recommendations made with BS5839, ensuring that 100% of your devices are tested over a 12 month period – with a minimum of 2 service visits per year. However, we can tailor our fire alarm maintenance and servicing packages to suit your operational needs including a full-time site presence, or a rolling programme.
Fire alarm system faults are inevitable – building works, water ingress, and general wear and tear can all contribute to system problems. At Drax 360, our expert staff can identify and rectify faults quickly and efficiently, and we aim to return your system to full working order in the shortest possible time.
Your building layouts may change, meaning that escape routes and their protection level will be modified. Our fire alarm servicing team can advise on any potential changes the fire alarm system design may need as a result of this, including the often forgotten considerations needed to alarm loop loadings, and control panel software.
